Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Maintain, update, and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of databases and information systems.
- Reporting & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and present data (KPIs, operational metrics, sales, inventory) in clear reports and dashboards for decision-making.
- System Support: Troubleshoot issues with software, networks, and operating systems; manage system functionality and user access.
- Collaboration: Work with different departments to understand their data needs and provide relevant support.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to MIS processes and systems for better efficiency.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure data security, manage IT infrastructure, and stay updated with technological trends.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical: Advanced Excel, SQL, database management, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), strong analytical skills.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, attention to detail, and teamwork.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,173.54 - ₹30,853.50 per month
