The Frankfurt (Oder) Chamber of Skilled Crafts – East Brandenburg Region is a modern, future-oriented and service-oriented advocacy group for approximately 11,000 craft businesses in East Brandenburg.

In addition to its sovereign duties and diverse advisory services, the Chamber of Skilled Crafts offers a comprehensive range of training and further education opportunities.

To strengthen our team, we are looking to fill the following position at our Frankfurt (Oder) location as soon as possible :


Procurement Officer (m/f/d)


You can look forward to:

  • Attractive remuneration according to TV-L – depending on qualifications between €49,000 and €60,000 gross per year for full-time employment.

They bring with them:

  • Degree in economics (Bachelor's/Diploma) or business administrator in the skilled trades or comparable qualification or administrative specialist or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in public procurement
  • applicable knowledge of administrative, procedural and budgetary law as well as knowledge of public procurement law (EU, federal, state)
  • Strong communication skills and confident demeanor
  • Teamwork, commitment and conflict resolution skills
  • practical experience in handling modern IT and communication technology
  • Proficient PC skills (MS Office)

They take care of:

  • Independent execution of public procurement procedures (in particular internal coordination, preparation, publication, communication with interested parties and bidders, bid evaluation, award proposal, contract award, procurement statistics)
  • Review of service provision and invoices, as well as their accounting.
  • Monitoring of the use of funds
  • Maintaining proof of the use of financial resources
