• Write and defend mitigation estimates using Xactimate
• Collaborate with field crews & project managers
• Communicate with insurance adjusters & property owners
• Ensure documentation aligns with IICRC & company standards
• Contribute to a culture of trust, teamwork, and performance
• Strong knowledge of water, mold, and fire restoration
• Xactimate experience (REQUIRED)
• Ability to confidently defend your scope
• IICRC certification preferred
• Driven, reliable, and team-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
