The Role (What You’ll Actually Do)

As a Mitigation Technician at FP Restoration, you are on the front lines of the operation.

You will:

• Perform water mitigation, dry-outs, demo, and emergency services work
• Set up and monitor drying equipment correctly — not guesswork
• Execute clean, professional demolition and containment
• Document work thoroughly (photos, moisture readings, notes)
• Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, PMs, and clients in the field
• Represent the company professionally at all times

This is not a “stand around and wait” job. You’ll be trusted to work, move, and execute with purpose.

Restoration or mitigation experience is a strong plus, but attitude, work ethic, and discipline matter just as much. We can train skill — we won’t train effort.
