Job Summary

Sattavaa Hospitality is looking for a skilled and creative Bartender / Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized bar. A passion for mixology and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Create signature cocktails and recommend beverages to guests.
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor bar inventory and report stock requirements.
• Verify the legal drinking age of customers and serve alcohol responsibly.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and liquor regulations.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately, if required.
• Work closely with the restaurant team to provide excellent guest service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Bartender or Mixologist.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of bar inventory management and hygiene standards.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
