We are seeking a passionate and skilled Mobile Barista to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional coffee and beverage service at various locations, ensuring a delightful experience for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with the ability to manage time effectively while working in a fast-paced environment.

Driving is Required for this position. Must have early morning, evening, and weekend availability.

Duties

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mobile café area, adhering to food safety and handling guidelines.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed to ensure product availability.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about coffee trends and menu offerings to effectively promote sales.

Qualifications

• Previous barista or coffee experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of beverage preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with food service operations, including food preparation and safety standards.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Strong customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with customers and provide an enjoyable experience.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Experience using POS systems is advantageous; familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Projected Total Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
