About Us:
We are seeking a qualified Crane Operator with G1 certification to join our team in Norway. We are a growing company supplying workforce into projects around Norway, including Google data center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate cranes (including mobile and tower cranes) to transport materials and equipment on construction sites.
• Ensure that all crane operations are carried out in strict compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the crane, identifying any maintenance issues and reporting them promptly.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
• Adhere to all legal and environmental guidelines related to crane operations.

Requirements:

• Valid G1 Crane Operator Certification (Norway or equivalent).
• Proven experience operating cranes, elaborate in applicant questionnaire.
• Strong understanding of crane operations, safety practices, and construction site protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, diagrams, and manuals.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and at height.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Good level in English or Norwegian.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to safety.
