Mobile Dental Clinic Manager

Join our growing mobile dental care team as a Clinic Manager and help deliver high-quality dental services to patients in long-term care facilities across Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of a mobile dental clinic
- Supervise staff (assistants, transporters) and manage scheduling, timecards, and breaks
- Assist the dentist chairside and transport patients as needed
- Maintain and sanitize clinic equipment, truck, and generator per company standards
- Travel daily to facilities (some out-of-state travel may be required)
- Ensure accurate same-day input of patient treatment notes
- Provide emergency team coverage when needed
- Train new hires
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting, walking, bending)
- Willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules
- No smoking, vaping, or similar products in company vehicles
- Schedules sent out 30 days in advance
