Mastertech Group is a leading provider of HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical contracting services in Ireland. We are seeking a Mobile Electrical Foreman to join our expanding team, working across commercial, residential, and industrial sites in Dublin and surrounding areas. This field‑based role involves supervising electrical works, ensuring safety and compliance, and supporting the delivery of high‑quality projects.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Extensive knowledge of Irish electrical regulations, Safe Electric standards, and general safe working practices.
• Strong experience completing and supervising electrical installations, maintenance, electrical testing fault finding and verification.
• Ability to work independently and off own initiative across multiple sites.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with contracts managers, project teams, and clients.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan work efficiently.
• Understanding of mechanical systems and M&E environments.
• Experience leading teams, providing instruction, advice, and hands‑on training.
• Ability to mentor and support apprentices.
• Proficient in digital reporting tools and Microsoft Office.
• Full, clean driver's licence.
• Electrical trade qualification.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily electrical works across multiple locations.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Ensure all work meets electrical regulations, safety, and Mastertech standards.
• Perform electrical testing and verification.
• Record and document test results accurately.
• Communicate with contracts managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Assist contracts managers with electrical site surveys and project programmes.
• Lead and support electricians and apprentices.
• Promote teamwork, safety, professionalism, and quality standards.

QUALITY ASSURANCE:

• Ensure installations and testing meet industry and company quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and audits to maintain consistent workmanship.
• Implement corrective actions where required.

Pay: €58,000.00-€62,000.00 per year
