Job Summary
Our company hosts Escape Room Team Building Events at Hyatt Regency Hotels. We are seeking Game Masters to host the puzzles at these events. You would arrive at the venue to meet the rest of the team a half hour prior to the event. Setup your Puzzles for your station. Exchange puzzles as your group solves them, and reset the game.

These events are booked at least a week in advance, so dates/times of shifts will vary week to week.

Duties

• Lead and facilitate mobile escape room events, guiding participants through the game experience.
• Set up and dismantle escape room equipment at various locations.
• Provide clear instructions and support to participants, ensuring they understand the game mechanics.
• Monitor gameplay, offering hints and assistance as needed while maintaining the challenge of the game.
• Manage any conflicts or issues that arise during events, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
• Engage with guests before, during, and after the game to enhance their overall experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Experience in guest services to create welcoming environments for participants.
• Strong public speaking skills to confidently engage with groups of varying sizes.
• Familiarity with resort or theater environments can provide valuable insights into guest engagement strategies.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 28 per week
