About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Electrician to join our mobile maintenance team servicing multiple properties across Dublin. You’ll be part of a dynamic crew responsible for ensuring our properties remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
This is a hands-on role ideal for professionals who enjoy variety, autonomy, and problem-solving on the go.
Responsibilities
· Perform routine inspections, repairs, and installations
· Diagnose and resolve issues across multiple sites
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
· Respond to emergency call-outs and urgent maintenance issues
· Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
· Conduct preventative maintenance checks
· Collaborate with other trades to resolve complex issues
· Work on new installation projects.
Requirements
· Relevant trade qualifications and certifications
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
· Full, clean driving license
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
