Join Our Team as a Mobile Maintenance Painting Operative!

We are looking for a Mobile Maintenance Painting Operative to join our team. You'll be responsible for maintaining the decorative and operational standards across our car parks. This is a mobile role that involves traveling across various locations in the North of the UK, with overnight stays when required. You'll use a company vehicle to ensure the upkeep of our car parks' appearance, including painting, decorating, and basic maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Renovation, painting, and decorating, including spray painting of large areas
• Basic carpentry: fixing doors, frames, and shelving
• Installation of signage, filling potholes, and fixing locks
• Advanced parking equipment maintenance (training provided)
• Basic plumbing, tiling, and landscaping
• Adherence to Health & Safety guidelines with regular reporting and documentation
• Working independently or as part of a team to ensure high-quality results

Requirements:

• Diploma in Trades (Painting and Decorating) or equivalent experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Basic computer skills
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety standards
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, maintaining high-quality standards
