We are looking for a confident, punctual, communicative, and sales-focused Mobile Phone Technician to join our young and fun team in Belconnen.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mobile phones and tablets.
• Repair iPhones, Samsung, Google, Oppo, and other devices.
• Replace screens, batteries, and other phone parts.
• Provide clear communication to customers about repairs, updates, and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to offer suitable products and services to customers.
• Work carefully and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service.

What we’re looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in phone repairs.
• Strong diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.
• Confidence, good communication, punctuality, and a sales-focused attitude.
• A serious and reliable attitude.
• Ability to work well in a young, energetic team.
• Someone who is a quick learner and open to growth.
