About the Role

We are looking for skilled and motivated Mobile Phone Repair Technicians to join our growing team.
If you have hands-on experience in smartphone and tablet repairs and are passionate about delivering quality work in a clean, air-conditioned, and stress-free environment, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of mobile phone and tablet issues.
• Replace and repair:
• Broken or cracked displays (LCD/OLED)
• Touch glass/digitizers
• Charging ports and CC strips
• Power and volume buttons
• Battery replacements
• Camera module repairs
• Speaker, microphone, and earpiece replacements
• Back glass replacements
• SIM/SD card reader issues
• Motherboard repairs (basic to chip-level if experienced)
• Work on all major brands, including:
• Apple (iPhone, iPad, iWatch, AirPods)
• Samsung, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo, Realme, Motorola, etc.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Ensure fast turnaround times and quality service.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair status and estimates.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ year in mobile or tablet hardware repair.
• Strong knowledge of soldering, micro-soldering, and chip-level board repair (preferred).
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose faults quickly.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹15,995.00 - ₹41,192.10 per month
