What to Expect
Tesla is on a mission to build a world of amazing abundance. We're hiring a Mobile Service Dispatcher to keep our mobile service operation moving. You will be the link between the customer and the technician: deciding what can be resolved remotely, scheduling the rest into tight service windows, and keeping customers informed from first contact through to completion.

To succeed at Tesla, you need to be energetic, highly organised, and able to work smart, with a genuine interest in the Tesla brand.

This is a high-touch role. The right person combines technical judgment with calm, clear communication, and cares as much about the customer experience as about keeping technicians productive on the road. If you want to join a world-class service team supporting the latest EV technology, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate repairs in accordance with new and used warranty guidelines and specifications.
  • Determine whether a technical issue can be resolved remotely, over the phone, or requires a technician visit.
  • Communicate with customers by text, phone, email, or internal channels to provide service status, scheduling updates, payment information, and answers to questions.
  • Schedule customers into hour-block windows to maximise throughput and route mobile service technicians efficiently.
  • Respond to roadside requests and coordinate servicing of customer vehicles
  • Plan with service leadership for PTO, vehicle downtime and maintenance, and adjust vehicles on the road to meet or exceed customer demand.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs.

What You'll Bring
  • Relevant experience in a customer-facing role delivering excellent service, preferably in a technical or automotive environment.
  • Strong understanding of the parts process and warranty, and the ability to translate technical knowledge into customer-friendly language, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, organise workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills by phone, email, and SMS, in English and Danish.
  • Ability to address and defuse difficult conversations and customer conflict.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's licence.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, gender identity or any other factor protected by applicable federal, state or local laws.

Tesla is also committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities. Please let your recruiter know if you need an accommodation at any point during the interview process.
