Your Opportunity

Primero are currently seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will commence in our Osborne Park office; however, we will be relocating to offices in the Perth CBD area in late 2026.

In this role you will be responsible for adhering to the Primero and client mobilisation processes, ensuring Primero personnel and contractors are mobilised to site in a compliant manner.

Your Key Responsibilities

What You ‘Can Do’

• 2+ years mobilisation experience (ideally in the engineering or resources sectors).
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including excel.
• Strong organisational skills, persistence and time management coupled with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A personalised customer service approach applying it to your colleagues and candidates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team focused and able to contribute to a positive and engaging work environment.
