Achyuta Public School is seeking an experienced and dedicated Montessori Incharge to lead and manage the Montessori section. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership qualities, in-depth knowledge of Montessori pedagogy, and effective coordination skills to ensure smooth academic and operational functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day functioning of Montessori classrooms and ensure adherence to Montessori methodology.
• Guide, mentor, and supervise Montessori teachers and assistants.
• Plan and monitor academic schedules, activities, and Montessori lesson execution.
• Maintain student developmental records and track learning progress.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide teacher feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage parent communications, address concerns, and organize parent meetings and orientations.
• Coordinate with school management for planning academic and co-curricular activities.
• Ensure proper maintenance of Montessori materials, classroom resources, and learning aids.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and discipline standards across the Montessori section.
• Organize Montessori events, celebrations, and child-centric activities.
• Willingness to travel for training programs, workshops, or school-related work.

Qualifications & Experience

• Only female candidates can apply.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Montessori teaching or as a Montessori coordinator/incharge.
• Montessori Certification/Diploma from a recognized institution (preferred).
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
