Montessori Team Leader

Montessori Team Leader required from Jan 2025 in the Ballinteer Rathfarnham area. The position is Permanent Full Time working with children 3-5years

We are seeking a candidate with a love and knowledge of the Montessori method and materials, who is eager to learn more.

Role Team Leader: It is the responsibility of a Team Leader to supervise staff and ensure that the designated roles and responsibilities are understood, adhered to, and implemented. Provide support and guidance for members of the early years team. Lead all training and development activities and evaluate the outcomes. Organise and manage the day-to-day running of early years teaching, including efficient use of teaching resources

Excellent working conditions working in an authentic Montessori environment - ratios 11.2

Minimum requirements Montessori Fetac Level 7/8 Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education is essential. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.

Experience an asset but not essential, training will be given by our dedicated team of Montessori teachers.

Roles and Responsiblities include:

* Carrying out duties assigned by Manager

* To assist in developing the Montessori curriculum operating in the service

* Familiarity with and adherence to the principles of Aistear and Siolta

* Assist in organising a safe and stumulating environment for the children in the service.
