Blüm Childcare Academy invites you to be part of the future of early education. We are a purpose-built, design-forward licensed centre in the heart of West Hillhurst, and we are currently seeking a Level 3 Early Childhood Educator to join our exceptional team.

This role is ideal for an experienced educator who is deeply passionate about meaningful programming, respectful care, and environments that truly honor the child. As a Primary Educator, you will be responsible for creating a calm, engaging, and thoughtful space that supports the development of each student through curiosity, empathy, and intentional teaching practices.

Qualifications
To be considered, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a licensed childcare setting
• Government of Alberta certification as a Level 3 Early Childhood Educator (no exceptions)
• Police Clearance with Vulnerable Sector Check dated within the past 8 weeks
• Valid First Aid and CPR (from an AHS-recognized provider)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver rich, developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Maintain a safe, emotionally supportive, and responsive classroom environment
• Build meaningful relationships with students, families, and colleagues
• Document learning and track developmental progress with care and accuracy
• Ensure consistent compliance with health and safety protocols
• Participate in team learning and pedagogical reflection

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
