Morning Building Cleaner/Caretaker - Monday - Friday: 8am - 1pm

Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland with a valid GNIB or another form of proof.

Location: Pearse Street

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM & Saturday from 8/9am x 5hrs (Saturday duties are reserved for window and carpet cleaning working in pairs (two people))

Hourly Rate: €13.30

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Professional to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring our client premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained for all staff and visitors.

Duties include:

• Clean and stock designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, washroom cleaning, etc).
• Perform and document activities in the scheduled duties book
• Notifying management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Ordering stock and maintaining a supply stock.
• Follow all health and safety training and refreshers
• English is required for safety standards.

You will be expected to:

• Ensure that all tasks are carried out in a professional manner, following all “safe systems of work” & risk assessment directions
• Wear the correct and appropriate PPE specified at all times
• Comply with all statutory Health & Safety Rules and Regulations
• Comply with all health & safety regulations for cleaning materials, equipment, and buildings.
• Provide high personal standards of work/performance, personal hygiene, and appearance.
• Wear PPE provided.
• Report all faults in relation to cleaning machinery/equipment to the supervisor/management team
• Report all building defects to the supervisor/management team
• Carry out any reasonable request, as specified by the supervisor/management team to attend all company meetings and training as requested.

Skills/ Experience:

• Applicants should be well presented, trustworthy, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team. Must have the ability to manage time effectively, show initiative, and the ability to work without supervision.
• 1 Year Cleaning experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Commercial Cleaning experience is an advantage.

The candidate must be fluent in English speaking

Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
