Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Morning Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the restaurant is clean, organised, and ready for service each day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thorough cleaning of front-of-house areas before opening
• Sweeping, mopping, and sanitising all floors and surfaces
• Cleaning and maintaining toilets and staff areas
• Ensuring all bins are emptied and waste is disposed of correctly
• Cleaning equipment, workstations, and food preparation areas
• Following all health & safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Reporting any maintenance or cleaning supply needs

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Knowledge of food hygiene practices is a plus
