Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Morning Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the restaurant is clean, organised, and ready for service each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thorough cleaning of front-of-house areas before opening
- Sweeping, mopping, and sanitising all floors and surfaces
- Cleaning and maintaining toilets and staff areas
- Ensuring all bins are emptied and waste is disposed of correctly
- Cleaning equipment, workstations, and food preparation areas
- Following all health & safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Reporting any maintenance or cleaning supply needs
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Knowledge of food hygiene practices is a plus
