Morning Delivery Driver & Field Operative Refresh & Co | Dundalk / Drogheda, Co. Louth Part-Time | Monday – Friday | 7:00am – 11:00am | €13.50–€15/hr

Who We Are Refresh & Co is a fresh food vending startup shaking up how people eat at work. We put real, quality hot food into smart vending machines across offices, gyms, and campuses in the Louth area — and we're growing fast. We're a small, driven team and everyone who joins us plays a real role in building something from the ground up.

The Role This is a part-time position with consistent Monday to Friday hours. You'll be the first person in our operation every day — collecting fresh food from our suppliers and delivering it to our machines across Dundalk and Drogheda. You'll also do a quick on-site check at each stop using a simple phone checklist. No experience in vending needed — we'll train you fully from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collecting fresh food orders from local suppliers on a fixed morning route
• Delivering stock to our vending sites across Dundalk and Drogheda
• Carrying out a quick machine check at each stop (temperature, stock, any issues)
• Flagging anything unusual immediately via your phone
• Completing a short daily digital log — takes about 5 minutes per stop

What We Need

• Own vehicle and a full, clean Irish driving licence
• Your own motor insurance with business use cover
• Reliable and comfortable with an early start — this is non-negotiable
• A smartphone with mobile data
• Good communication and a bit of common sense on the road

Bonus Points For

• Experience in food delivery, logistics, or catering
• Good knowledge of the Dundalk and Drogheda area

What You'll Get

• €14–€15 per hour depending on experience
