Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Kennel Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and welfare, providing exceptional service to both pets and their owners. As a Kennel Technician, you will be responsible for the daily care and supervision of animals in our facility, ensuring their health, safety, and comfort while maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily care for animals, including feeding, watering, and administering medications as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of kennels and common areas by performing regular cleaning and sanitation tasks.
- Monitor the health and behavior of animals, reporting any concerns to veterinary staff or management.
- Handle dogs safely during walks or playtime, ensuring proper leash techniques and safety protocols are followed.
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as moving large bags of pet food or cleaning supplies.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and effectively.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
Work Days:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
