Mortgage Advisor, EBS d.a.c. Main St Lucan Co Dublin
EBS Lucan are looking for a qualified and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our growing Mortgage team.
Key responsibilities :
- Generate mortgage leads, sales and achieve challenging performance target
- Proven sales track record and the ability to identify other financial needs of a customer
- Provide the best advice for new and existing clients, while delivering superior customer service
- Strong knowledge of Mortgage Products and ability to manage administration of paperwork within compliance guidelines
- Comfortable in generating new mortgage business on your own initiative as well as handling office based walk-in mortgage enquiries
- Support to other staff with administration duties as part of a small dynamic team
You Must Have :
- QFA or APA Loans designation at a minimum
- Excellent Knowledge of the Mortgage Market and Mortgage Process
- Minimum 2 years working in a similar role
- Strong people / interpersonal / communication skills
- Proven track record with other financial institutions
- Computer literate, essential for data entry and use of mortgage application systems
Salary negotiable, depending on level of experience in mortgage industry and level of required financial qualifications.
