Mortgage Advisor, EBS d.a.c. Main St Lucan Co Dublin

EBS Lucan are looking for a qualified and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our growing Mortgage team.

Key responsibilities :

Generate mortgage leads, sales and achieve challenging performance target
Proven sales track record and the ability to identify other financial needs of a customer
Provide the best advice for new and existing clients, while delivering superior customer service
Strong knowledge of Mortgage Products and ability to manage administration of paperwork within compliance guidelines
Comfortable in generating new mortgage business on your own initiative as well as handling office based walk-in mortgage enquiries
Support to other staff with administration duties as part of a small dynamic team

You Must Have :

QFA or APA Loans designation at a minimum
Excellent Knowledge of the Mortgage Market and Mortgage Process
Minimum 2 years working in a similar role
Strong people / interpersonal / communication skills
Proven track record with other financial institutions
Computer literate, essential for data entry and use of mortgage application systems

Salary negotiable, depending on level of experience in mortgage industry and level of required financial qualifications.
