- Verify Documentation: Verify loan documentation, including income, assets, credit, disclosures, title, insurance, and other key documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure Compliance: Confirm that each file meets state and federal compliance requirements and lender-specific guidelines.
- Submit Files: Submit complete and accurate files to wholesale lender portals for processing.
- Track Milestones: Utilize the Loan Origination System (LOS) such as LendingPad to track loan milestones, conditions, and closings.
- Proactive Follow-Up: Follow up proactively with all parties to ensure smooth closings.

- Maintain Organization: Keep organized and audit-ready electronic loan files for compliance and review.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficient with standard Loan Origination System (LOS) platforms and wholesale lender portals.
- Pipeline Management: Demonstrated ability to manage a multi-LO pipeline independently and efficiently.
- Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of RESPA, TRID, and other compliance requirements to ensure regulation adherence.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Multitasking Ability: Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines to meet operational demands.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Loan Type Experience: Experience with purchase loans is preferred over refinances.
