Mortgage Purchase Administrator

As a Mortgage Purchase Administrator you will be responsible for:

· Running Conveyancing Files - Property Purchases, Sales, Refinances

· Ensuring CRM database is updated after each case development.

· Meeting weekly and monthly KPI’s.

· Ensuring all work is completed in a timely and effective manner.

· Assisting in other areas of Jacob Law should the need arise.

· Managing client accounts from inception to completion including virtual meetings under Solicitor supervision.

· Maintaining professional understanding of the conveyancing/refinancing mortgage process.

· Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.

Client relationship management:

· Ability to manage clients across departments such as purchases, refinancing, and completions.

· Complete virtual meetings with clients under Solicitor Supervision.

· Deal with all client queries in a timely and efficient manner.

· Build, develop and sustain relationships with stakeholders – solicitors, brokers, and auctioneers.

· Build great relationships across all teams within Jacob Law.

Requirements:

· Previous experience (min 5 years) working in business, banking or law.

· Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

· Client focused.

· Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise, manage, multitask, and execute daily tasks.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with internal and external clients.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Ability to solve problems.

· Be open to change and fast-paced environment.

· Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Training:

· Comprehensive training provided.

· Possess a can-do attitude and be open to rapid and evolving changes as our digital journey progresses.

· The ability to prioritise workloads and adapt to unforeseen events.

· A good degree of personal organisation and a structured approach to time and resource management.

· Commitment to own professional development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €28,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
