**Position**: Mortgage Officer

**Location**: Hybrid (1-2 days in office per week, rest remote)

**Hours**: 9 AM - 5 PM

**Salary**: $65,000 ++ CAD (based on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with clients and banks/lenders to satisfy mortgage application conditions.

- Ensure timely dispatch of instructions to lawyers for closing processes.

- Assist the office with payroll management for closed mortgages

- Order and manage appraisals efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (several years) in a similar mortgage officer role.

- Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Positive, upbeat personality with a professional demeanor.

- Ability to work effectively both in an office and remotely.

- knowledge of Velocity system is a plus
