We are looking to hire a Motion Graphics & Video Creator to support our growing creative team. Job Title: Motion and Graphic Designer

Location: Saltlake, Sector V, Kolkata 700091

Work Mode: WFO

Work Hour: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Workdays: Monday - Friday

Experience & Qualifications:

• 1-5 years experienced in motion graphics design, video editing
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, literature or a related field

Skills Required:

• Design & Animation: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, 2D Animation, Motion Graphics
• Video Editing: Expertise in video editing, colour correction and sound design
• Graphic Design: Logo design, illustration and visual storytelling
• Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Special Effects: Knowledge of creating and implementing special effects for video content
• SaaS Product Experience: Experience in creating tutorials and promotional videos for SaaS or software products (preferred)
• Soft Skills: Creativity, attention to detail, communication, ownership, collaboration, problem-solving, fast tool adaptability

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design motion graphics, animations and special effects for various projects, including promotional videos, tutorials and SaaS product content.
• Edit raw footage, ensuring high-quality video content with seamless transitions, animations and polished final output.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, scripting, storyboards and animations that align with client briefs and project goals.
• Produce engaging tutorial videos and promotional content for SaaS products, ensuring clarity and user engagement.
• Optimize video content for different platforms, ensuring top-notch quality, performance and user experience.
• Stay updated with industry trends in motion graphics, video editing, and animation to continuously improve and innovate.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or creative challenges during production while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas to enhance the impact of projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
