We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our creative team. This remote position requires a versatile professional with 2 to 3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design psychology, business psychology, and competitive analysis to create impactful and effective designs.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling graphics and videos that align with business objectives and brand identity.
• Conduct competitive analysis for design inspiration and create superior design solutions.
• Gather and analyze design references before starting projects to ensure quality and relevance.
• Utilize color psychology to create designs that resonate with the target audience.
• Design and animate logos, ensuring they effectively communicate the brand’s essence.
• Produce high-quality videos and reels from scratch, including professional editing.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver engaging visual content.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Strong knowledge of design and business psychology.
• Proficiency in competitive analysis for design improvement.
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to create logos and logo animations that effectively represent the brand.
• Solid understanding of color psychology and matching skills.
• Experience in creating and editing videos and reels from concept to completion.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
