Work from anywhere opportunity (Full Time)

The ideal candidate must have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for design and typography. Must have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Affinitiy Designer, Canva, Ui/Ux design (figma, wix, shopify, wordpress etc.)

Responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves listening to clients and understanding their needs before making design decisions. Develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client's objectives.

Responsibilities -
● Coordinating with clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.
● Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose
● Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval
● Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research
● Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
● Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers
● Working with a wide range of media, including photo manipulation and other softwares for vfx
● Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches, create & modify fonts according to brand guidelines keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as WordPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash;
● Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
● Awareness of current fashions in the visual arts, working knowledge of the latest computer packages and an understanding of material costs and time limits, all of which can impact on the design.
● Create offline + online designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
● Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
● Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
● Must possess a sound understanding of motion design and video editing, as opportunities in these areas may arise periodically and will require handling.
● Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

● Should demonstrate a proactive enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to embrace new challenges as directed by the team lead, it may be new softwares or more.

Qualifications -
*Bachelors of Arts in Graphic Design or a related field
*Strong Knowledge of AI Apps
*Maximum 3-5 Minutes Turn Around Time
*1-3 years of experience in graphic designing & motion design videos
*Mastery in Affinity Design Suite
*Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite & Coral Draw
*Mastery in Canva Design Suite
*Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills

-A Good Internet Connection is a must
-Owned High Config. Laptop
-Timing will be 10:00 am - 07:30 PM (Mon.-Sat.)
-As this is a work-from-anywhere role, please note that electricity-related disruptions will not be considered a valid excuse. It is expected that you plan and make necessary arrangements to ensure uninterrupted productivity.
