Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced MoveWorks Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade MoveWorks solutions integrated with ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in conversational AI, enterprise search, automation, and IT service management, with a strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners to deliver intelligent employee support experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end MoveWorks solution architecture aligned with business and enterprise IT strategies.
• Lead MoveWorks implementations, including planning, solution design, configuration, deployment, and production rollout.
• Architect integrations between MoveWorks and ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, HR systems, collaboration platforms, and other enterprise applications.
• Define conversational AI architecture, knowledge management strategy, automation workflows, and search optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve employee experience through AI-driven self-service.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, security, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development and implementation teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews, design workshops, and technical governance sessions.
• Optimize platform performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Stay current with MoveWorks product capabilities, AI advancements, and industry best practices to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, ITSM, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience architecting and implementing MoveWorks solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience integrating MoveWorks with ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms using APIs and modern integration technologies.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), knowledge management, workflow automation, and employee support processes.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, SSO, SAML), and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise architecture principles, and security best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and solution presentation skills.
• Experience leading architecture discussions and mentoring technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• MoveWorks implementation or solution architecture experience across multiple enterprise deployments.
• ServiceNow certifications and implementation experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Workday, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and enterprise search technologies.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps delivery environments.
• Relevant cloud certifications or enterprise architecture certifications are an added advantage.
