Now Hiring: Furniture Moving & Cleaning Crew (Part-Time or as needed)
Rate: $13.00 – $15.00/hour (based on experience)

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals (both males and females) to join our team. This position involves moving, handling, delivery, pick-up, receiving furniture and items, warehouse duties, and general cleaning and maintenance of properties.

Applicants must:

• Speak English (Bilingual preferred)
• Have a clean criminal record
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Post-construction cleaning
• High and low window cleaning
• Pressure washing
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, wiping, vacuuming
• General property upkeep
• Keeping equipment organized and clean
• Welcoming delivery trucks
• Receiving, inspecting, lifting, and organizing furniture and other items
• Packaging and preparing deliveries
• Setting up, removing, and disposing of furniture or items
• Moving and handling fragile items with care
• General maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Driving a company van/truck to job sites (if applicable)

Skills & Requirements:

• Prior experience in cleaning or general labor preferred
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and tools
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and techniques
• Comfortable with physical work and lifting
• Handy with basic maintenance tools
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
