Overview

As a Moving Lead, you’ll pack trucks safely and securely, wrap all furniture, provide picture documentation of packed trucks to your supervisor and clients when needed, and keep things moving accurately, safely, and in a timely manner. You’ll lead a team through the moving processes and packing while ensuring the safety of your crew, clients, and the items being moved.

Responsibilities

• Lead moving operations coordinated by your supervisors.
• Show up on time to job sites.
• Operate moving trucks and moving equipment safely and effectively.
• Communicate priorities clearly, coach team members, and maintain accurate operational records.
• Handle the responsibilities of contacting clients when necessary and understanding the demands of each individual job,

Requirements

• 21+ years old
• Drivers License
• Reliable Transportation to travel to job/job-sites
• Must be able to life 185lbs+
• Effective communicator
• Punctuality
• Active listener

Pay: $25.00 per hour
