Mower Operator - Queenstown

About the role:
We have a vacancy for an experienced Mower Operator in the Queenstown area. Responsibilities include ride on mowing, basic mechanical maintenance of plant, weed eating, and general environmental maintenance.

Training will be provided for the right person.

About you:

The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Experience operating mowing equipment or farming machinery;
  • Valid Class 2 drivers license;
  • Experience with weed trimmers and other small plant;
  • Basic mechanical knowledge;
  • Dedication to complete every job to a high standard;
  • Mindful of safety and courteous of the general public;
  • A strong work ethic and can be relied upon to work well unsupervised;
  • Able to prioritize and work within time-frames;
  • Able to work well with others and can communicate effectively.
The person we seek will exhibit tidy and methodical work practices, along with the ability to work independently, with a high level of emphasis on health and safety practices. We seek a candidate who is motivated and who will demonstrate a high level of quality, customer service and commitment to our team.
