We are currently seeking a Mowing/Landscape Technician to join our growing team. This position does not require prior experience, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential. As part of our team, you will split your workweek between our lawn maintenance crew and the landscape maintenance enhancement crew, where you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career. Responsibilities:

• General Requirements:
• Valid PA Driver’s License (clean driving record)
• Ability to obtain a medical card for driving commercial vehicles
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Commitment to personal growth and career advancement

On-the-Job Tasks:

Lawn Maintenance Crew:

• Read work orders and understand tasks for mowing operations
• Operate a string trimmer for trimming around objects
• Use a commercial zero-turn stand-on mower
• Operate a stick edger to edge walkways
• Use a blower to clean off pavement areas

Landscape Maintenance Enhancement:

• Read and follow instructions on project plans
• Spread mulch or stone in garden beds
• Remove existing plants and install new ones
• ✂Properly prune landscape plants to maintain their natural shape
• Install new landscape plants
• Assist with the hardscaping crew as needed

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently
• Motivated and self-driven
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
• Commitment to following our core values
• Bilingual candidates are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
