Job Title:

Delivery Driver (Cargo 3-Wheeler - Bajaj Maxim)

Location: Faridabad

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Delivery:

- Efficiently deliver FMCG products to retailers within the designated delivery area in Faridabad using a Cargo 3-Wheeler (Bajaj Maxim).

- Ensure all deliveries are accurate, timely in good condition.

2. Support in Sales Pitching & Conversion:

- Proactively pitch products to retailers, explaining key benefits and offers.

- Convert prospective retailers into loyal customers by closing sales deals effectively.

3. Relationship Building:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers to encourage repeat business.

- Address retailer concerns promptly and provide excellent customer service.

4. Inventory & Documentation:

- Manage daily inventory of products during delivery.

- Ensure all sales and delivery documents, including invoices and receipts, are accurately completed and submitted.

5. Market Feedback:

- Gather and report valuable feedback from retailers regarding product performance, demand, and competition.

- Provide insights to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.

6. Vehicle Maintenance:

- Maintain the Cargo 3-Wheeler in excellent working condition.

- Ensure all necessary servicing and documentation (insurance, permits) are up-to-date.

Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license for commercial three-wheelers.

- 1-3 years of experience in delivery is preferred.

Skills Required:

1. Driving Skills:

- Proficient in driving a Bajaj Maxim or similar Cargo 3-Wheelers.

- Familiar with Faridabad’s routes and traffic regulations.

2. Sales & Communication:

- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi (knowledge of local dialects is a plus).

3. Reliability & Time Management:

- Punctual, organized, and capable of managing time efficiently.

4. Physical Fitness:

- Fit to manage physical tasks related to loading/unloading products.
