What You’ll Be Doing
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Otis by identifying and attracting top talent across Germany, Greece and Cyprus. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with departments to define role requirements and build tailored sourcing strategies
- Identifying and engaging candidates through innovative channels: job boards, social media, university networks, and direct sourcing
- Conducting phone and video interviews to assess both technical skills and cultural fit
- Presenting shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and guiding them through the selection process
- Ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development
Key qualifications and skills:
- Language proficiency: Fluent in German, Greek and English.
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and stay organized
- A proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people
