Summary

We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team at Mount Sinai Doctors in Florida. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries via phone.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records using Epic EMR systems.
• Provide information about services and assist patients in navigating their healthcare needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
• Address and resolve patient concerns effectively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Document interactions accurately in Epic EMR systems for quality assurance.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on policies and procedures.
• Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or customer service preferred.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of EHR/EMR systems and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing exceptional patient service.
