We are looking for a Full Time Municipal Lien Processor and will have possible additional cross training opportunities to learn other departments.

This is a fully Remote position.

Daily Duties Include:

*Daily communication with municipalities, including calling for verification of services and confirmation of processes in order to obtain the information in a timely manner.

*Obtain necessary information from municipalities, and other outside agencies by way of written request, online research, or verbal confirmation.

*Review all documents for issues that may require additional research.

*Manage high volume of files while working independently and exhibiting individual initiative.

Requirements:

*Candidates must be proficient using computers running multiple applications like MS Word/Outlook

*Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task several projects

*Strong work ethics, organizational skills, and time management a must

*Must work well with a team

*Excellent communication skills are needed to speak with city/government agencies

*Knowledge of title/tax municipal lien service a plus but not necessary

*Strong Organizational skills

*Ability to independently prioritize projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
