Aledo Music Academy is growing, and we’re looking for energetic, encouraging, music-loving teachers to join our incredible team! If you love working with kids, creating confidence through music, and making lessons FUN and engaging, we’d love to meet you.

At AMA, we believe music lessons should be something students look forward to all week long. Our studio is high-energy, creative, community-focused, and centered around helping students of all ages shine both on and off the stage.

Most lessons take place during after-school and evening hours, and we are hiring urgently for:
-Violin Teachers
-Piano Teachers
-Cello Teachers

What You’ll Do

• Teach fun, engaging private lessons tailored to each student’s age, goals, and learning style
• Build student confidence while developing strong musical foundations
• Create a positive, upbeat learning environment where students feel encouraged and excited to learn
• Help students prepare for performances, recitals, showcases, and community events
• Communicate with families about student progress and celebrate wins along the way
• Bring creativity and personality into lessons through games, performance activities, improvisation, and modern teaching techniques
• Be part of a supportive team that values connection, creativity, and community

What We’re Looking For

• Experience teaching violin, piano, or cello to children and/or adults
• A fun, patient, and encouraging personality
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for helping students grow musically and personally
• Reliability, professionalism, and positive energy
• Ability to teach a variety of skill levels and musical styles
• Experience with performance preparation, recitals, or group instruction is a huge plus

Bonus points if you:
✨ Love musical theater, performance, creativity, or collaborative arts
✨ Have experience with preschool or beginner learners
✨ Enjoy being part of an upbeat studio culture and community events
