Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients and understanding their preferences.
• Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to offer clients innovative options.
• Assist with body waxing services as needed, ensuring client comfort throughout the process.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Proficient in various nail care techniques, including nail art and enhancements.
• Experience in retail sales with an ability to upsell products and services.
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards.
• Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus but not required.
