The Role

As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of our

Navan store from Day 0.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on people, performance, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

● Recruit, train, and lead the store team

● Create a positive, respectful, and high-performing work environment

● Deliver excellent customer service and consistent food quality

● Manage store KPIs including sales, labour, food cost, and waste

● Plan and manage rotas in line with business needs

● Ensure food safety, hygiene, and company procedures are followed

● Maintain high operational standards on every shift

● Act as the main point of responsibility for the store

What We’re Looking For

● Experience in hospitality management or a similar leadership role

● Strong people management and communication skills

● Ability to lead by example and stay calm under pressure

● Organised, reliable, and commercially aware

● Comfortable taking ownership and accountability for results
