About this Opportunity:
As the Certified Used and Marketplace National Leader, you will help promote and grow the used hospitality equipment business in New Zealand, by providing exceptional leadership to the sales, administration and warehouse functions.

This role enables you to build and cultivate impactful relationships with new and existing hospitality business partners, driving the success of certified used and marketplace strategy. You’ll be a valued member of the Global Certified Used Leadership group, influencing strategy and key projects.

You’ll report into the Head of New Zealand and have a dotted line reporting into the Chief Asset Management and Marketplace Officer based in Australia.

What You’ll be Doing:
  • Develop and execute impactful sales strategies in conjunction with our Head of New Zealand to successfully deliver and exceed growth targets.
  • Lead and expand the marketplace channel by building and leveraging strong relationships with third parties, including equipment dealers, manufacturers, and suppliers.
  • Oversee the warehouse team ensuring effective assessing and processing of SilverChef's assets.
  • Coordinate and delegate the daily operational activities and projects of the Warehouse and administration team, to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Promote a strong team culture of collaboration, integrity and high performance.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
At least 5 years’ experience leading high performing sales and/or customer focused teams
Able to articulate and engage team members to create commercially sound vision and strategy for SilverChef’s Certified Used business.
Superior leadership skills with the ability to create a cohesive team environment, empowering team members through pragmatic decision making.
A Self-motivated and articulate individual able to work autonomously and with virtual teams around the country.
