National Maintenance Coordinator
Cross Refrigeration | Cork | Full-time, Permanent

Cross Refrigeration is a leading Irish refrigeration specialist serving some of the country's best-known retail brands. We're looking for an organised, quality focussed and commercially minded National Maintenance Coordinator to lead maintenance delivery across several hundred client sites nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned maintenance and case-cleans with in-house and subcontracted engineers to meet SLA, safety and technical standards.
• Be the main point of contact for field technicians on admin and semi-technical queries.
• Manage subcontractor scope, scheduling, pricing and quality follow-up.
• Maintain SOPs and compliance records (service reports, calibration certificates, deep-clean records) to support audit readiness.

About You

• 3+ years' experience in maintenance coordination or multi-site service operations.
• Experience managing subcontractors and field teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and cost control.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Refrigeration, HVAC or building services knowledge is an advantage.
