We are an Australian-Based e-commerce company that sells our own brand of Fishing/Adventure Drones direct to consumers. We have a growing market for our products in NZ and are looking to increase our physical presence in NZ

This is an exciting opportunity to directly set-up processes, build a team and drive growth in NZ for our company.

We believe that the uses for drones spans beyond simply taking a pretty picture, such as fishing, delivering supplies to loved ones, planting trees and so many more creative applications.

We are looking for someone who shares our vision and passion for growing our business, plus is experimental, creative and will have fun along the way.

Aeroo has been operating for over 3 years and is currently going through an exciting growth period after the release of our latest model: Aeroo Pro. We have an existing customer base of in the NZ market, as well as partnerships with multiple NZ retailers.

What the role looks like?

• Management of inventory and fulfilment of customer orders and spare parts.
• Resolving customer support tickets by providing troubleshooting suggestions, order updates and other information.
• Handling basic drone repairs/servicing, such as screw disassembly and cleaning.
• Contribute to sales and the overall strategic direction of the Aeroo Brand in NZ.
• Working closely with our Australian HQ team to resolve issues.
• Eventual management of the NZ branch, which will consist of customer service, technicians and other roles.

We will set up an office/warehouse near the successful candidate (preferably in Auckland), which will serve as our base for NZ operations.

• Has management experience in a similar industry.
• Is able to handle high-stress situations with exceptional decision making and time management.
• Has a basic technical understanding.
• Enjoys talking to people and problem solving.
• Is passionate about our brand's vision and is not afraid to take risks.

You will be working closely with our team in Australia and we will be locally in NZ with you during the initial phase for training and to set up processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

• Performance bonus
