We are looking for an accomplished National QSHE Director to lead and elevate our Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental standards to Best-in-Class levels. This role involves developing and maintaining a robust Quality Assurance Program, overseeing OQ and PQ studies for warehousing and transport activities, and managing ISO standards and key performance indicators. With responsibilities spanning compliance, continuous improvement, and team training, you’ll be the key point of contact for quality-related queries and customer relations, driving excellence and innovation across our operations
Your Role:
The National QSHE Director is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring the organization’s Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QSHE) standards meet and exceed industry best practices. The role involves developing and maintaining quality assurance programs, overseeing operational and performance qualifications, and managing ISO standards and compliance with corporate and national regulations. The manager will lead continuous improvement initiatives, drive the CAPA process, and provide training to enhance quality awareness across teams. Acting as the company’s representative on quality-related matters, the National QSHE Director will foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders while delivering regular reports and insights to guide strategic decision-making.

Job Description:
· Develop, enhance and maintain the companies Quality Assurance Program, to meet the Best
· in Class standards.
· Schedule, design and execute OQ (Operational Qualification) and PQ (Performance
· Qualification) studies on warehousing and transport activities.
· Maintain and develop ISO standards and establish key performance indicators.
· Develop and manage the document management system to conform to corporate and
· national legislation.
· Identify and implement training to ensure proper and efficient completion of all quality tasks
· and functions.
· Use continuous improvement tools to instigate actions for improvements.
· Be the representative for the company, and agreed customer contact on all quality related
· queries, compliance requests, customer complaints, and reporting.
· Promote the corporate quality culture within the group, to promote high standard of
· awareness and understanding of quality processes and policies, facilitating understanding
· and compliance with Quality / Regulatory Policies.
· Champion the CAPA process, educate and bring best practice to the fore, liaising and
· building relationships with the customer.
· Assist CAPA users with development and documentation of problem statements,
· containment and correction, root cause, and action plan (including effectiveness monitoring)
· determination; collaborate in the identification and implementation of corrective actions;
· Ensure effective and timely completion of all corrective actions in conjunction with business
· units and operations.
· Manage the QMS system in compliance with the Quality, Health & Safety, Environment &
· Security policies within the QSHE department. Provide regular reports and statistics.
· Provide guidance to all associates at IE sites (internal and suppliers) about the CAPA.

Qualifications:
- QSHE or relevant Qualification.
- Internal and/or external auditing.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional eye for detail. Reporting/analysis capabilities.
- Cost saving initiatives.
- Dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills and high levels of self-motivation.
- Self starter with the ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
- Ability to deliver in a fast moving/dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to €0.10 per year
