The opportunity
We are looking for a self-motivated and talented professional, who is seeking a new challenge, to become our National Sales Manager (Medical Systems Division ANZ). If you have a passion for medical solution sales, the ability to plan, direct and control a sales strategy, and the drive to develop a sales team, then this is the role for you!
What you will do
Medical sales:
Develop, implement and refine the national sales strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Translate marketing strategies into day-to-day sales activities and drive the strategies through the sales team.
Provide monthly and quarterly sales forecasts by product categories and state, ensuring the CRM is up to date.
Prepare sales proposals and tender submissions encompassing all elements to ensure competitive and comprehensive bids.
Contribute to contract negotiations and maintain strong customer relationships for sales and service.
Relationships – build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including but not limited to clinicians, procurement teams and other healthcare professionals.
Business reviews – prepare business plans with the sales team to maximise sales, identify key issues and develop strategies to counteract them.
Business development – transform the medical business with a focus on growth areas, directing and supporting the team to gain new business.
People management – select, lead, manage and develop the medical sales team to achieve individual, divisional and company objectives.
What we are looking for
Tertiary qualifications in the field of science, business or management.
10+ years’ sales management experience in medical devices or the healthcare industry.
Sales experience with CT and MRI is highly desirable.
Great communication at all levels, an excellent negotiator and relationship builder.
The ability to provide leadership and drive team culture to a diverse group of staff.
A strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and strong commercial acumen.
Someone who shows energy and a strong desire for results through sales achievements.
Willingness to travel extensively across the ANZ region.
