National Sales & Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to take on the role of Sales and Marketing Manager across NZ, reporting directly to the Managing Director, Oceania. As a key member of the NZ Executive Leadership team, this role will lead, coach and inspire the sales and marketing function to deliver on the the overall strategy and revenue targets whilst growing awareness of CRV’s value proposition and product offerings amongst industry players and the farming community.

To be successful in this role, you have relevant senior-level skills, with knowledge and experience in agribusiness. As an experienced people manager with a track record of developing high-performing teams, you can drive and inspire change, and have a passion for being out in the field developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers.

The ideal candidate will have:-

• Experience in a similar role within a related industry
• A track record of delivering sales growth and targets
• Demonstrated ability to influence and take teams on a journey
• Ability to drive and lead change and a collaborative approach within a team
• Can do attitude with a willingness and presence
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong commercial accumen
