Hydraulink is a privately owned business operating throughout New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific. With over 400 service points and more than 300 Mobile Service Technicians, we provide high-quality hose and fitting solutions and exceptional service to keep our valued customers working.

Your Role:
As the National Services Manager, you will oversee Hydraulink-owned operations across New Zealand, managing 7 branches to ensure strategic execution and exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will include leading branch operations, managing stock, controlling budgets, and driving business growth. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and guide teams through recruitment, development, and performance management while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and sustainability goals.

About You:
You bring proven experience in managing multiple sites within a service-based or industrial sector. Your leadership skills are matched by your financial acumen, experience in stock management, and ability to drive operational excellence and business growth. You are passionate about developing teams and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
