Part Time, fixed term Opportunity Available. 0.8FTE

If you want the opportunity to work in a multicultural community, workplace and organisation that places value on the quality of everything it does, then Counties Manukau is where you should be.

The Nurse Entry to Practice (NETP) Program is a comprehensive 12-month program that aims to provide a supportive environment in which graduate nurses can progress through their first year of practice, enabling a high standard of patient and whaanau-centred care and ensuring promoting continuous professional development.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (Proficient or Expert) to join our People & Professional Development team to support and provide clinical guidance for our graduate nurses and their preceptors working in all settings across the Counties Manukau region.

As the Clinical Coach you will role model excellence in clinical practice and assist Graduate Nurses in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care. You will support the New Graduate Nurse Coordinator and Educator in meeting the New Graduate programme requirements, including involvement education days as required.

If you want to make a difference in the experiences of graduate nurses, then this is the perfect position for you!
